Robert Burns was a great man who has influenced many people from the past, present and no doubt, the future.
His birth is celebrated throughout the world on the 25th January, with people gathering together to have a traditional
ceremonial meal of haggis, tatties and neaps, with Burns songs and poetry; the "Piping in of the Haggis" and "The Address to the Haggis" being the highlights of the evening.
Every year throughout the world...in many languages, the new year is greeted with another of Burns's songs: "Auld Lang Syne". He is a truly international hero.
We can offer a Master of Ceremonies, piper and accordianist for your Burns Night celebrations. Of course Robert Burns can,
and should be celebrated throughout the year, not just on the 25th January!
So why not have a Burns evening or a lecture on the great man, giving historical facts on his life and poems, with music, song and piping.
